Its been a while ...BUT SUMMER IS HERE!!

Hello All! I have been slipping but SUMMER IS HERE! 
The snow has melted and the sunshine is here to stay (fingers crossed). 

Cleveland Summer is the best time of the year! Long nights, cool breezes, festivals, night walks, long runs...ahhh!!!  So just some updates on the fun...
